Sprout Welcomes Industry Leader Joe Mertens to Its Board of Directors

Joe served as President and CEO of Sirius Computer Solutions from 2011 until his retirement in 2023, successfully leading the company through multiple ownership transitions and growing it into one of North America's top IT integrators and Managed Services Providers with approximately $4 billion in annual revenue. His career spans strategic roles across the enterprise IT ecosystem, including executive positions at Avnet Computer Marketing and Savoir Technology Group, where he consistently delivered exceptional growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Joe's experience includes leading Sirius through multiple ownership transitions, culminating in its $2.4B acquisition by CDW in 2021. His appointment reflects Sprout's growing momentum as the go-to ITAD partner for OEMs, VARs, and MSPs and our continued investment in building high-trust, high-value relationships within the enterprise IT ecosystem.
