Destruction is performed in Sprout-owned, ISO 27001 and NAID AAA certified facilities, with SmartERP providing chain-of-custody tracking and per-serial reporting throughout.

Sprout performs certified data erasure using multiple Blancco software systems (based on device type), including but not limited to: Blancco, FutureDial, SDS and EPS. If erasure cannot be completed, physical shredding is performed as a fallback. On-site data destruction — including shredding — is also available to ensure sensitive information is secured before equipment leaves client premises.
