Tom Allison

Tom Allison joined Sprout in 2014 and has grown through every phase of the company, from early startup to a scaling, PE-backed business, holding nearly every major leadership role before stepping into his current position as Chief Strategy Officer. He is energized by the relationships Sprout builds with its customers and believes the next wave of ITAD is not about disposing of assets but recirculating them, helping enterprises build rather than just wind down. The organizations that win, he believes, will be the ones who wrap real services around the hardware lifecycle: valuation, compliance, logistics, and remarketing. Outside of work, Tom lives in Charlotte with his wife and two young kids, and squeezes in a round of golf whenever he can.
