Zach Whitley
Chief Financial Officer
Zach joined Sprout in 2020 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2024, bringing a steady hand to the financial infrastructure behind Sprout's growth. A CPA, he built his career in audit and assurance at EY across the US and Rotterdam, followed by finance and accounting roles in healthcare and tech. He is focused on building the finance infrastructure that can keep pace with Sprout's growth and the complexity that comes with it, ensuring the business has the foundation it needs to scale. Outside of work, Zach is kept busy by his two kids, and when he gets a break he is an avid soccer fan and loyal season ticket holder for his local MLS club. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accountancy from Wichita State University.
