Sprout, a leading provider of hardware retirement solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew Cranford to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Matthew previously served as Vice President of Operations at Sprout, where he was instrumental in building a world-class culture and developing best practices to optimize the company's services.

In his new role, Matthew will be continue his responsibilities of overseeing all aspects of Sprout's operations, including client success, logistics & service delivery, warehousing & distribution, production, and compliance. He will also be taking a more active role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company's continued growth and expansion.

Matthew joined Sprout in 2020 as a Business Operations Strategist and quickly increased his scope of responsibilities, demonstrating his leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Prior to joining Sprout, he held the role of Director of Operational Excellence at Change Healthcare. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Mercer University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a specialty in Operations & Finance.
