When recovering IT hardware from terminated users, depending on the departure circumstances, you may need to store a specific user's device without erasing its data for a specific period of time. In this instances, Sprout can offer receive, reconcile, and enter the device into high security quarantine at a number of our global sites.
You can give us these instructions when entering your asset recovery job request. Alternatively, if our systems are connected, we can obtain this requirement from your ticket details.
Once we've reconciled the device, we will route it into a dedicated customer bin in our restricted area. Until you notify Sprout otherwise, devices in high security quarantine will not be touched by any person for any reason. Should you need the device mailed to another organization or back to you for additional review, Sprout can deliver it to its next destination via personal courier.
